Nigel Loweth - Head of Institutional Business
Nigel joined AEGON as Head of Institutional Business on 6 March 2007 and is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with pension consulting firms, leading the institutional sales team and servicing existing clients. Previously Nigel worked for AXA Investment Managers, where he was Director for Global Consultant Relations.
Lynne Derbyshire - Head of Client Relationship Management
Lynne joined AEGON Asset Management's Institutional Business team in July 2000 and heads the client relationship and servicing team. She is responsible for reporting to clients on investment performance and strategy, as well as generating new business opportunities. Before joining AEGON, Lynne was with The WM Company as a client relationship manager covering the North American and continental European markets. This role involved supporting investment managers and presenting to a broad range of clients on performance. Prior to this, Lynne worked at Dunedin Fund Managers within the client servicing team before becoming a performance measurement analyst. Lynne has a total of 18 years' investment experience.
Jon Dadswell - Head of Corporate Pension Sales
Jon joined AEGON Asset Management's Institutional Business team in June 2007. He is responsible for building on AEGON Asset Management's relationships with trustees of corporate pension schemes and prospecting for new business. Previously Jon spent two years at Credit Suisse Asset Management, latterly in direct sales to corporate pensions and local government schemes. Prior to that he spent five years in institutional client services with Henderson Global Investors, and also worked in pensions administration for Gartmore and Morgan Grenfell.
Paul Ritchie - Head of Public Sector Pensions
Paul became a member of AEGON Asset Management's Institutional Sales team in 2000, and is client director for large institutional pension schemes. He also has specific responsibility for local authority pension schemes. Paul joined AEGON in 1991 as investment administration manager, with responsibility for accounting, global custody, treasury and securities lending. Before joining he worked for the Bank of Scotland, stockbrokers Wood Mackenzie, and as head of client services at Datastream in London.
Jill Oliver - Client Relationship Manager
Jill joined AEGON Asset Management in November 2006. Working within the institutional business team, Jill is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and is the point of contact for new business enquiries. Prior to joining AEGON, Jill worked for Mazars where she spent five years working within a private client background for Bank of Scotland Trustees looking after high net worth individuals and charities. Jill has a BA honours degree in Economics and Politics from Strathclyde University.
Carolyn Bell - Client Support Manager
Carolyn joined AEGON Asset Management's institutional business team in October 1999. Carolyn manages the institutional client support team and is responsible for delivering an excellent service to our clients through efficient delivery of information and ensuring we meet our client servicing obligations. Before joining AEGON Asset Management, Carolyn spent three years at Scottish Widows within its IFA sales team.
Vicki Green - Senior Client Support Consultant
Vicki joined AEGON Asset Management's Institutional Business team in October 2004. Vicki is the day-to-day contact for a number of segregated and large institutional pooled clients. She is responsible for handling all client requests and queries, delivering reporting and maintaining relationships with clients and consultants. Before joining AEGON Asset Management, Vicki worked within the Service Development team of Scottish Life's third party pension administration service. She graduated in 2001 with an MA Honours degree in Sociology from Edinburgh University.
