David Roberts
Investment Manager, Co Head of Fixed Income

David Roberts joined AEGON Asset Management in March 2004. David manages the Sterling Corporate Bond, Investment Grade Bond and Global Bond portfolios. He joined AEGON from Britannic Asset Management, where he was head of credit and manager of the Britannic Corporate Bond and High Income Bond funds. David holds a degree in economics and an MSc in investment analysis. He is also a qualified member of the Institute of Bankers, an Associate of the UK Society of Investment Professionals.

Phil Milburn
Investment Manager, Fixed Income

Phil joined AEGON in 1997. He is the fund manager of the High Yield Bond, Ethical Corporate Bond and European Bond funds as well as a high performance target segregated fund; he is also the support manager for the Sterling Corporate Bond, Investment Grade Bond and Global Bond funds. Phil's main research responsibility is covering high yield bonds. He holds a first class MA honours degree in economics from the University of Edinburgh. Phil is Citywire's UK Corporate Bond Manager of the Year for 2006 and Investment Week's UK Corporate Bond Fund Manager of the Year 2006.
