Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process aims to identify your skills and competencies for the role. It is a two way process and we encourage your involvement and feedback.
The standard process involves a competency based interview with the recruiting manager and the HR Business Partner. This may be followed by a work-related assessment, such as a presentation to a panel. We also arrange meetings with key stakeholders which give you further insight into the organisation.
